The socket is turnable. Rotate the front part of the socket at the proper position according to the direction of wiring before connection.
Align the arrows on the plug and socket as shown in the picture.
3. Push the plug into the socket. With a cluster comes out, the terminals are connected.
Do not rotate the socket when the socket and plug are connected. Or the lock will fail. If you need to adjust the direction when connected, unplug the connector, and re-connect the terminal.
Disconnect the terminal plug from the terminal socket
Press the button.
And pull out the plug.

10mm² wire crimping size
16mm² wire crimping size
25mm² wire crimping size
The size is just for reference. And the pull force should be within an allowed range.
Pull force standards:
10mm² wire pull force should be 500N-600N
16mm² wire pull force should be 1500N-1600N
25mm² wire pull force should be 1900N-2000N
If the pull force is not proper, or the terminals are over-crimped, adjust the crimping size accordingly.
- The torsion of screwing the socket to the panel is 1.2~1.4N.m with M4 screws.
- The torsion of screwing the socket to copper bus bars is 6.0~6.5N.m with M6 screws set.
Note: Use a precision electric torque screwdriver that could automatically stop when the preset torsion is achieved. Or use a torsion adjustable torque wrench.
